Made a spelling mistake? Have a new email? Lost access to your email? No worries, you can change the email associated with your Toby account at any time. 

How to change your email

TL;DR

1. Open the main menu and select "Edit account"

2. Type in your new email

• Type in the email address that you want your Toby account to be associated with.

3. Confirm your password and press "Save Preferences"

• Type in your current password to save the changes. If you do not, your changes will not be saved.

4. Success

• Your email is now updated! You may have to sign out and back into your account to see the changes on your main menu.

Using Google Sign-On?

If your account is linked with Google Sign-On, follow these steps to switch to email login and update your email address:

1. Contact our support team
   Reach out and let us know you want to remove Google Sign-On from your account.

2. Wait for confirmation
   We’ll remove the Google connection on our end and let you know once it's done.

3. Reset your password
   Go through the Reset your password flow using the same Gmail address that was previously linked to your account.

4. Set a new password
   Once your password is set, you’ll be able to log in with your email instead of Google.

5. Make any updates you'd like
   Now that you're using email login, you can update your email address or any other account info as needed.
