What Happens if I Downgrade to Starter?

We understand that you might be considering downgrading your Toby plan, and we want to make sure you know exactly what happens when you do. Here's a breakdown of what to expect if you move from a paid plan to the Starter plan.

What You’ll Lose:

When you downgrade to the Starter plan from a Paid Plan, a few changes will occur:

  • Saved Tab Limit: Your tab limit will be reduced to 60 tabs. If you currently have more than 60 tabs saved, you won’t be able to add any more tabs until you reduce your total to below 60. However, your existing tabs will remain accessible.

  • Advanced Features: You’ll lose access to some of the advanced features available in paid plans, such as advanced search and remove duplicates.

What You’ll Keep:

Even when you downgrade to the free plan, you’ll still have access to:

  • Unlimited members: You can still share your spaces with as many people as you’d like.

  • Basic Features: All of Toby’s core features remain available, including organizing and managing up to 60 tabs in spaces and collections.

  • If you have more than 60 saved tabs, you won’t be able to add any new tabs until you reduce your total saved tabs to below 60. Once your tab count is below the limit, you can start adding tabs again.

Can I Upgrade Again Later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time to unlock unlimited tabs and regain access to advanced features.

Canceling Your Subscription:

If you’ve paid for a monthly or yearly plan and choose to downgrade, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid period. After that, your plan will automatically move to the Starter version, and you won’t be charged again.
