Colour-Coding Collections is a new way to bring clarity (and a little personality) into your Toby spaces. With colour, you can scan faster, find what you need instantly, and give each Collection its own visual identity.
This feature was shaped by votes from our community of paying users and refined through one-on-one interviews. Thanks to your feedback, the experience is simple, flexible, and easy on the eyes.
What Are Colour-Coded Collections?
Collections are where you save and organize your links inside a Space. Now, you can assign a colour to any Collection to make it stand out visually
The colours are soft and subtle, so your workspace stays calm—not overwhelming.
How to Add a Colour to an Existing Collection
Open Toby and go to the Space that contains your Collection.
Hover over the Collection.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯)
Pick a colour from the palette.
Save your changes.

When creating a new collection:
Click “Create Collection” in the top right corner of your Toby screen.
You’ll be prompted to select a colour from the palette there.
Save your collection.

Here's a quick video going over the instructions too!
We’d Love Your Feedback
Colour-Coding Collections exists because our community asked for it—and helped us shape it. If you have ideas for improvements or new ways to use colour, we’d love to hear from you.
