How to invite a member to your Space in Toby

Add people from your workspace to a Space to work on its collections together. Anyone in a Space can add people to it. Someone who isn't in your workspace yet has to join it first: see How to add a member to your workspace on Toby?

Add members to a Space

  1. Open the Space.

  2. Click the member pictures in the Space's header, or open the Space's ··· menu and click Members.

  3. Under Not in and the Space's name, click Add next to each person you want. They join right away, and Toby lets them know by email.

  4. Click Done.

To invite someone who isn't in your workspace yet, click Invite Members. Type their email address and click Add, choose the Spaces they should join, then click Add Members. They join your workspace and those Spaces in one go. Only the Owner and Admins can do this; anyone else is asked to contact an admin.

To take someone out of a Space, click the ··· on their row and choose Remove from space.
