How to create a Space in Toby

A Space holds your collections, usually one per project or area of your life. Every Space is private or public: see Private & Public Spaces.

Create a Space

  1. Click Create Space, below your Spaces in the left sidebar.

  2. Type a Title.

  3. Under Access Settings, choose Private Space or Public Space.

  4. Click Create.

Toby opens your new Space. Private Spaces are a paid feature: on the free Starter plan, choose Public Space.

To join a Space someone else made public, click the ··· next to Spaces, then Browse Spaces, and click Join.

Adding people
