How to change themes

Toby has nine color themes. A theme changes Toby's colors in one workspace, and only for you: other members of the workspace keep their own. If you have more than one workspace, give each its own theme and you'll always know where you are.

Five themes are plain colors: Pink, Blue, Purple, Green and Brown. Four are seasonal: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Every theme has a light and a dark version.

Choose a theme

  1. Open the workspace you want to change. To switch, click the workspace name at the top left.

  2. Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  3. Under your workspace's name, click Preferences.

  4. Under Theme, click a color. Hover a color to see its name. Pink is called Default here.

The new theme shows right away. There's nothing to save.
