How do I delete my Toby account?

We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account can't be undone: we can't recover your account or your data afterwards. To keep a copy of your collections, export them first: see How to export your collections.

Workspaces where you're the only member are deleted with your account, and their plans are cancelled. Workspaces you share with other people stay for them.

Delete your account

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Profile.

  2. Click Delete Account.

  3. Type your email to confirm, then click Delete account.

On your phone

In the Toby app, tap the gear icon at the top right, then Account. Open Delete my account and tap Request account deletion. This starts an email to hello@gettoby.com asking us to delete your data. We'll check it's really you and reply within 14 days.
