Sharing Collections

Share a collection with a link. Anyone with the link can see the collection's tabs and open them, even if they don't use Toby. They can't change anything, and the page always shows the collection as it is now.

You share one collection at a time. To share a whole Space, add people to it instead. See How to invite a member to your Space in Toby.

Sharing a collection

  1. Hover the collection and click the Share icon.

  2. Turn on Share link with anyone. The link is ready right away.

  3. Click Copy and send the link to anyone you like.

  4. Click Done.

A shared collection shows a globe next to its name.

To stop sharing, click Share again and turn off Share link with anyone. The link stops working. If you share the collection again later, it gets a new link.
