AI Sort Tabs

Smart sort tidies a collection by moving its tabs into the collections they belong in. It suggests collections you already have in your workspace, or new ones, and you check the suggestions before anything moves.

Smart sort is one of Toby's Smart features, part of the Productivity and Team plans. To learn what Toby sends to make suggestions, see Toby AI Practices.

Sorting a collection

  1. Open the collection's ··· menu and click Smart sort.

  2. The first time, click Enable to turn on Smart Features.

  3. Check the suggestions. Each group shows where its tabs will go: Move to a collection you have, or New. Remove any tab you'd rather leave where it is, or drag tabs between groups. Click Regenerate for a fresh set.

  4. Click Apply.

Smart sort works through 10 tabs at a time. In a bigger collection, click Apply and generate next to keep going.

The tabs move out of the original collection. New collections go at the top of the same Space.
