What Does This Mean for Me?
As we shift to our new pricing plans, we want to ensure you're fully informed about how these changes will affect your experience with Toby. Below, you'll find details on how your current plan will transition and what options are available to you.
Current Free Plan Users → New Starter (Free) Plan
You’ll still have access to all the core features Toby offers, but with one major difference:
Your saved tabs will now be limited to 60 tabs. If you currently have more than 60 tabs saved, you won’t be able to add any new tabs until your total is below the limit. However, all of your existing tabs will remain accessible.
You will not have access to Advanced Search or Removing Duplicates.
If you need more flexibility, consider upgrading to one of our paid plans for unlimited tab storage and advanced features. By upgrading, you are supporting the future of Toby and we sincerely thank you!
Legacy Plan Users → Starter Plan
If you do not upgrade, you’ll automatically be transitioned into the new Starter plan, which includes the ability to save up to 60 tabs and all other basic features.
If you have more than 60 tabs saved, you won’t be able to add any new tabs until your total is below the limit
While you won’t be able to add new tabs until you reduce your tabs to below 60, we’re allowing continued access to ensure this transition feels as smooth as possible for you.
If you decide to no longer use Toby, you can export your tabs. Please note that your existing resources still are accessible to you, even if they are over the 60 tab limit.
Legacy Plan Users → Productivity Plan
If you choose to upgrade, your experience will remain the same.
This means you’ll continue to have access to all the features you’ve enjoyed, plus unlimited tabs, advanced search, and more at a discounted rate for one year.
Current Productivity Plan Users → New Productivity Plans
You won’t experience any price changes - your rate will carry into the new plans.
You’ll continue to enjoy all the features you currently have, including unlimited saved tabs, access to advanced search, removing duplicates, and other paid features. You don’t need to take any action—your experience with Toby remains the same.
There are no more restrictions on how many members you have.
Current Team Plan Users → New Team Plan
While your experience will largely stay the same!
You won’t experience any price changes - your rate will carry into the new plans.
Unlimited saved tabs and access to all the existing features.
You’ll also benefit from additional features like SSO, priority support, and centralized billing, making this plan perfect for larger teams that need enhanced functionality.
Upgrading from Free Plan → Productivity Plan
If you decide to upgrade, you’ll gain access to:
All the features included in the Starter plan
Unlimited saved tabs
Advanced search
Remove duplicates
