FAQ - New Plans

Toby has three plans: Starter, which is free, and the paid Productivity and Team plans.

The plans

• Starter: free. Up to 60 saved tabs per workspace, all the basic features, and unlimited members. See Starter Plan.
• Productivity: $6 per member per month, or $54 per member per year ($4.50 a month). Unlimited saved tabs, the Smart features (Smart naming, Smart group and Smart sort), remove duplicates, history search, and private Spaces.
• Team: $10 per member per month, or $96 per member per year ($8 a month). Everything in Productivity, plus SSO, priority support and centralized billing.

Plans are per workspace

Each workspace has its own plan, and you pay for each member of a paid workspace. If you have more than one workspace, each one has its own plan and its own bill.

Monthly or yearly

Pay monthly, or yearly for a lower monthly price. Only the workspace's Owner and Admins can change its plan.

Upgrading, cancelling and downgrading

You don't lose anything you saved. The Starter plan holds up to 60 saved tabs. If the workspace has more than that, you can still open all of them, but you can't save new ones until it's back under 60.
