I can't sign in or create an account?
Do you have trouble creating an account or signing into your existing account? Here are some steps that will help you troubleshoot your issue:
1. I have an account but I can't sign in
- Make sure you are logging in and not creating another account
- Be sure to press the "Log in" option
- You are on the right screen to log into your existing account when it says " Welcome back, Log in!" and requires only an email and password.
- Double check the spelling of your email and that you are using the correct password
- An account can only be associated with one email
2. I don't have an account
- By default, you should see the option to create a Toby account.
- The page should read "Sign up with Toby"
- You will need to provide a name, email, and password.
3. I can't create an account?
If you cannot create an account or sign in to an existing account, you may be located outside our hosting provider's regions. Restricted regions include: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.
Note that currently Toby is also blocked in Pakistan.
If you still want to access Toby, consider using a VPN.
