How to Cancel Your Toby Plan
If you need to cancel your Toby for Tabs plan, follow these quick steps to manage your subscription:
Step 1: Open Toby
- Open the Toby extension or web app.
- Make sure you’re logged into your account.
Step 2: Open Organization Settings
- In Toby, go to the bottom left corner of the app.
- Click on "Organization Settings."
? Reminder: Toby plans are tied to your organization, not your individual account.
Step 3: Manage Subscription
- In Organization Settings, select the "Subscriptions" tab.
- Here, you’ll see your current plan details.
Step 4: Cancel or Change Your Plan
- Click "Manage Subscription."
- Follow the on-screen prompts to cancel or change your subscription.
Step 5: What Happens After Cancellation
- Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After the billing period ends, your organization will be downgraded to the Starter plan (free), with access to up to 60 tabs and basic features.
- You won’t lose any saved tabs or collections, but you won’t be able to add more than 60 tabs unless you upgrade again.
