Efficiently manage your tabs, sessions, and priorities with our Toby extension menu. Here's your straightforward guide to navigating these features.
Quick Start with the Extension Menu
Here are the basics on using the Extension Menu:
1. Opening the Extension Menu
Click the Toby icon on your toolbar to open the extension menu.
If the Toby icon isn't visible, click the puzzle piece icon for extensions, then pin Toby to your toolbar for easy access.
2. Select a Space
Choose a space to see its collections. Use the search function for quicker navigation to a specific collection. Search is limited to your current organization.
3. Add a Tab to a Collection
Click on the collection where you want to add the current tab. A checkmark confirms the tab's addition.
Here are some other handy actions you can take from the Extension Menu!:
Saving Sessions
Save a Session: Click "Save session" to store all open tabs in a new collection, automatically saved to "My Collections" Space. You can now select if you’d like the session to save into an existing collection as well!
Using Toby Next
Prioritize with Toby Next: Choose the "Toby Next" option to add webpages or resources you plan to visit soon. This helps you prioritize your browsing by keeping important tabs front and center.
Creating and Using To/Links
Set Up To/Links: To create shortcuts to your most-used resources, select the "To/Link" option. Just assign a memorable name to create a to/link.
You’ll be able to use that link right away!
Access To/Links: Find and click your created to/links in your Toby Homepage.
Switching Organizations
Change Organization: If you're part of multiple organizations and can't find the collection you need, click the three lines next to your Organization name at the top and select another from the menu!
