Search finds anything in the workspace you're in: your Spaces, collections and saved tabs, the tabs open in your browser, and your To/Links. To look in another workspace, switch to it first.

It can also search History, the pages you've visited in Chrome. History search needs a paid plan, and Toby asks for permission to read your history the first time.

Find what you need

  1. Click Search in the left sidebar, or press /. You can also press ⌘K on a Mac, or Ctrl+K on Windows.

  2. Type what you're looking for. Tabs are found by their title or website.

  3. To narrow the results, pick a filter: All, Spaces, Collections, Tabs, Open tabs, To/Links or History. Click Tags to search only the collections with a tag, and their tabs.

  4. Click a result to open it. Clicking a collection opens all its tabs.
