How to add a member to your workspace on Toby?

Add people to your workspace so you can share Spaces with them. Only the Owner and Admins can add members: see Permissions.

Invite members

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  2. Under your workspace's name, click Members, then Invite Members.

  3. Type an email address and click Add. Repeat for everyone you want to invite.

  4. Under Add to spaces, pick any Spaces they should join.

  5. Click Add Members.

Toby emails each person. People who already use Toby join right away; anyone else shows as Awaiting Response until they sign up.
