Private & Public Spaces
Private Spaces allow you to keep collections and resources visible only to you or specific members of your organization. This is ideal when you need to work on personal projects, sensitive information, or unfinished tasks without sharing access.
How to Create a Private Space:
- Click the “+” next to Spaces on the left-hand menu.
- Name your space and select the Private option.
- You can still choose to invite specific members from your organization if you want limited collaboration, but the space will remain inaccessible to anyone who isn’t invited.
Public Spaces are designed for team collaboration. When you create a Public Space, all members of your organization can view and contribute to the collections stored within. This is perfect for shared projects, team brainstorming, or company-wide resources.
How to Create a Public Space:
- Click the “+” next to Spaces on the left-hand menu.
- Name your space and select the Public option.
- The space will automatically be accessible to everyone in your organization, but you can manage who can edit or view specific collections within that space.
