How to Use the Notes Feature in Toby
The Notes feature in Toby allows you to add text-based notes to any collection, so you can keep relevant information, reminders, and context alongside your tabs. Here’s a quick guide to get started:
Adding a Note to a Collection
Open the Collection
Go to the collection where you’d like to add a note.Click on the Notes Section
Locate the notes area at the top right of your collection.Type and Save Your Note
Add your text and press save. Your note is now attached to the collection and will stay visible whenever you access it.
Editing or Deleting a Note
- To Edit: Simply click on the existing note, make your changes, and save.
- To Delete: Click the delete option next to the note to remove it.
Tips for Using Notes
- Summarize key points or reminders so you’ll always have context for saved tabs.
- Share instructions for team collections, keeping everyone aligned without switching platforms.
